These are called the Xess Dual Daggers and I believe they are from
Fallen Arms.
They are a lovely match pair of Spellfire scripted daggers
with lovely bone work handles embedded with a single blood ruby.
You can find them in the Drow Sanctuary hanging
over the blood pits and the best part is they are free.
